These Terms of Service apply to the use of our website, forms, and services.

By booking services with Brightside Exteriors (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.


Services

Brightside Exteriors provides residential and light commercial exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, soft washing, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related exterior services. Service scope varies based on the selected services and property conditions. Specific results are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.


Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Pricing is based on selected services, property size, and any add-on services.

Payments are non-refundable once services have been completed.


Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all service areas on the scheduled service date.

If we are unable to complete services due to blocked access, pets, locked gates, utilities not being available, or unsafe conditions, rescheduling fees may apply.

Service windows are scheduled in advance and may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.


Changes & Cancellations

Changes to your booking must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

Cancellations made prior to service may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Once services have been completed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.


Property Care & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for notifying Brightside Exteriors of any known property issues prior to service.

Brightside Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to cracked glass, broken seals, oxidized surfaces, loose siding, deteriorated caulking, or aging materials.

Surfaces should not be altered, repaired, or modified by the client during or immediately after service unless approved in advance.


Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Our services are designed for outdoor conditions, but severe weather may affect scheduling, results, or surface conditions. Brightside Exteriors is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, wind, flooding, freezing temperatures, or other acts of nature.


Liability

Brightside Exteriors is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to property conditions, pre-existing damage, or hazards outside of our control. By booking our services, you agree to release Brightside Exteriors from liability for incidental or consequential damages.


Photography & Marketing

We may take photos of completed work for marketing and promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared. If you prefer not to have photos used, please notify us in writing prior to service.


Communication

By submitting an inquiry or booking our services, you consent to receive communications from Brightside Exteriors related to your service, including email and text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.


Modifications

Brightside Exteriors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
